Learning Outcome
By the end of the Business Owner Strategy Session, participants will have engaged with our dedicated experts and consultants to create thorough strategic plans. They will have acquired knowledge on utilizing franchising as a tool for business expansion, pinpointed opportunities for profitable growth and process enhancement, and received guidance on effective implementation. Additionally, participants will have honed their skills in peer-to-peer learning and networking. Program Criteria
To be eligible for the program, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Founder of Business/Co-Founder
- A minimum of 3 members of the team as part of your management
- Minimum of 5 years in business
- Must have at least 1year audited account
- Must have a Tax Certificate
Program Structure
The program is structured as a blended learning program that incorporates in-class, online facilitator-led sessions, and business visits. The curriculum is enriched with a combination of case studies, role play, videos, and mini-presentations to enhance exciting learning experience.
