Essential Management Skills (EMS) is designed to provide line managers/team leaders of small and medium enterprises with skill-set required to excel in today's business world. EMS uses a combination of IFC's Business Edge methodology and the EDC's programme designed modules from Sales to Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Personnel management to equip change agents in the organization with the cutting edge knowledge of business management. The purpose of the programme is to empower the participants through practical and activity based training, which can be implemented in their work environment.
